All of our products are handmade in Heber City, Utah.

We use the highest grade leather available and all our cowhides are sourced from American cattle.

Order Status

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Production Time

All products are made to order in house and have a 2-3 week production time before being shipped.

 

When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-3 days to fulfill and ship your order and your order will be delivered in the timeframe you selected at checkout.

In recent months there have been delays with certain carriers, please understand that any shipping delays are out of our control.

Return Requirements

We have a 30-day return policy. 

In order to complete a return: 

  • The product must be in new, unused condition. 
  • You must have proof of purchase.

To begin the return request process please email us the following information:

  • Proof of Purchase
  • Preferred Method of Communication

Then, after your return has been approved, mail your product to:

Returns will be refunded to original form of purchase.

Returning Gifts

You may return a gift within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. 

Gift returns must meet return eligibility requirements.

Please allow up to five business days for returns to complete once we’ve received the product.

At Fieldcraft Frontier we aim to create products that are passed down from generation to generation. As such, we have a lifetime guarantee on all our leather products. If there are defects in our workmanship we will gladly repair, or if necessary, replace your product.

Repair Process

To begin the repair request process please email us the following information:

  • Preferred Method of Communication

Then, after your repair has been approved, mail your product to:

On average, repairs take 1-2 weeks to complete but may take longer depending on the complexity of the issue.
